About Elizabeth

Elizabeth Prigioniero is a natural born leader with tenacity in her blood. As VP of Account Management at The Leadership Agency, Elizabeth is currently leading, building and coaching a team of high-performing Account Managers. Being employee #1, Elizabeth has grown her team from the ground up from 1 to 5 people within less than a year, while overseeing a $1M book of business. Elizabeth and her team have built entire sales teams, placed Global VP of Sales, and top tier leaders in companies across North America. They’ve helped 30% of their Canadian clients increase their global footprint by expanding into the US. This year alone, Elizabeth and her team have helped four clients in international expansions move to Canada and the US. She has helped ten of her clients lead by helping them hire amazing leaders and sales professionals to raise $100M+ in funding, growing from their Seed Round to Series D.

She has personally placed 51 leaders in the marketplace in less than a year and a half, with her team having placed over 80 candidates in just one year. Creating a supportive, positive environment for her team is extremely important to Elizabeth and is a driving factor in their success. Within the first six months of The Leadership Agency being in business, the company became a finalist for Agency of the Year Award. Last year, Elizabeth and her team also achieved 116% to quota, earning spots on the company’s first ever President’s Club trip.
